主要研究为中药活性成分未知功能酶元件挖掘与功能表征、酶改造与应用、活性成分合成生物学研究,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国科协青年人才托举项目、中国中医科学院优秀青年科技人才培养专项等,在Nature CommunicationsACS CatalysisHorticulture ResearchThe Plant Journal等期刊发表论文50余篇,参编论著1部,获授权发明专利10余项,担任Horticulture ResearchThe Plant JournalJournal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、《中国中药杂志》等期刊审稿人。
